3rd Coast Salon Cancellation Policy
We understand that things come up. Should you need to cancel or change your appointment, we
require a minimum 24-HOUR notice. This notice must be by speaking to one of our staff
members. We do not accept messages left on our answering service. As with any professional, a
missed appointment time cannot be recovered, meaning that our staff loses out on opportunities
that would otherwise have been fulfilled.
A notice given with less than 24 hours’ notice is considered a LATE CANCELLATION, we
reserve the right to charge 50% of the scheduled services.
If you do not show up and do not cancel your appointment, you will be considered a NO
SHOW and we reserve the right to charge the full amount of the scheduled services.

Method of Payment In order
to book an appointment, we require a credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover,
American Express, cash, debit cards and ApplePay. Gratuities cannot be put on credit cards.
Gratuities
Tipping is left to the discretion of our clients. Our staff accepts tips via cash, Venmo and Zelle.
Tips cannot be added to credit cards or gift certificates.
Pets
We love pets at 3 rd Coast Salon; however, state and local regulations prohibit the presence of
any animals in the salon. The only exception is for service dogs with an official service animal
vest.
Deposits for services
We require a deposit for all hair extensions and color correction services because of the amount
of time these services take. The amount is determined by your technician during your
consultation. The deposit is non-refundable unless cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours of
your scheduled appointment.
To ensure a full and pleasant experience, please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled
appointment time.
Email and Text confirmation/reminders
Through our booking system, appointment confirmation messages are sent in advance to those that opt-in by
both SMS(text message) and/or email to the contact information given at time of booking.
Failing to respond to those confirmation messages could result in your appointment slot being
given to another client.

Cancellation
Should a cancellation or date change be necessary, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice in
order to avoid a full charge for the service scheduled. The notice period is calculated from the
previous salon business day (Tuesday appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled by 5:00
p.m. the preceding Saturday.) Appointments for longer services, such as Keratin treatments and
relaxing services, require a minimum of 7 days, to avoid forfeiture of your deposit.

Cancellations
Should you need to cancel or change the date of your appointment, we request a minimum of

Please note: a 72-hour notice is required for all extensions, Japanese relaxers and keratin
treatment services. A credit card may be required to secure certain Hair and Nail services.
You will be charged the full service price for missing your appointment without any notice.

Appointments
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment. We schedule appointments according to
our specialists’ availability and specialty. If you are running late, please let us know and we will
do our best to accommodate you. Arriving late will likely limit the time allocated for your
service; it will lessen the effectiveness and most importantly your pleasure and enjoyment. As a
courtesy to all clients our treatments are completed as scheduled. Cancellations of all spa
services require a 24-hour notice. Thank you for your consideration and understanding.
Gratuities are not included in the price of services and are greatly appreciated. Suggestions are
always welcome.
Arsova Salon Policies & Cancellations
Arsova Salons adheres to a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel with less than 24 hours
notice, we reserve the right to charge you for 50% of your appointment. Any client who fails to
show for their scheduled appointment “NO SHOWS” will be charged 100% of the service
price.

forgetting or cancelling appointments without giving enough notice, our salon loses the ability to
fill that appointment time, and other clients waiting for appointments miss out on receiving
services. For the benefit and respect of all our clients and staff, booking appointments are
subject to the following terms:
1. You may cancel or modify your appointment within 24 hours prior to the start of your
appointment without incurring a charge.
2. Less than 24 hours’ notice is considered a “Late Cancellation” and will result in a charge up
to 50% of the scheduled service(s).
3. If you do not cancel your appointment and do not show up for your scheduled appointment,
you will be considered a “No Show” and charged the full amount of the scheduled service(s).
4. We require a deposit for all hair extensions, japanese straightening, and color correction
services. The amount is determined on an individual basis by your Technician during your
consultation. The deposit is non-refundable unless cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours of
your scheduled appointment.
5. Appointments that are booked within the 24-hour period are still subject to the cancellation
policy.
6. As a courtesy, appointment confirmation messages are sent 48 hours in advance of
appointments to those that opt-in by both SMS and email to the contact information given at
time of booking. Failing to respond to those confirmation messages could result in your
appointment slot being given to another client.
7. To ensure a full experience, please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.

Cell phones
We strive to make your experience at our salon as peaceful as possible. Please limit cell phone
use in the salon and consider turning your phone ringer off or to vibrate while in the salon.
Color Appointments
Color services do not include a blowdry. If desired, a blowdry appointment must be scheduled
separately and should be requested at the time of scheduling all color services. For those clients
who choose not to schedule a blow-dry appointment with a stylist, we do offer a self dry styling
station that is fully stocked with hairdryers, brushes, and styling products.
Appointments
Please arrive on time for your appointment to ensure you receive your full service. If you are
running late, we will do everything we can to accommodate you. If you are excessively late,
please keep in mind that we may have to reschedule your appointment.
