Cancellation Policy

We understand that things come up.  Should you need to cancel or change your appointment, we require a minimum 24-HOUR notice.    This notice must be by speaking to one of our staff members.  We do not accept messages left on our answering service.  As with any professional, a missed appointment time cannot be recovered, meaning that our staff loses out on opportunities that would otherwise have been fulfilled.

A notice given with less than 24 hours’ notice is considered a LATE CANCELLATION, we reserve the right to charge 50% of the scheduled services.

If you do not show up and do not cancel your appointment, you will be considered a NO SHOW and we reserve the right to charge the full amount of the scheduled services.
